House Rules

Per HOA rules, at least one person 25 years old or older must be staying at the property for the entire stay.
No pets over 50 pounds.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up for pets and any damages incurred by them.
Pets must be well behaved. Noise complaints regarding barking dogs will result in one warning. Failure to comply will result in termination of the booking with no refund and removal from the property.
Maximum of two pets.

Guest access
Condo:
Guests will have access to the condo through a keyless entry door lock with Keypad. Your unique door code will be messaged to you 24 hours prior to your stay.

Pool/Hot Tub Access:
Access code will be messaged to you 24 hours prior to your stay. Pool is not heated.

Parking:
Guests are allowed up to two vehicles in the parking lot.

Closest Beach Access Point:
"Pompano Beach Trail" - Directly Across The Street!
Additional notes
Our condo is located on the third floor and can be accessed by stairs. Unfortunately, there are no elevators on the premises.

Bookings must have a 25+ year old guest in their group for the entire stay and pets of any kind are not allowed as per the HOA rules.

Smoking is prohibited inside the condo, or on the patio. There is a designated smoking area on the complex grounds.

Neighborhood overview
Crystal Beach is on the quieter eastern end of Destin. Crystal Beach is known for its quiet environment and world class restaurants. Activities for kids and adults are just a short drive or bike ride away!
Getting around
Guests are allowed two vehicles to park in the parking lot for free. During peak season, it is recommended guests rent bicycles to avoid the traffic.
